Great for families with kids visiting theme parks
I had a great experience, the staff really went outta their way to help us. Sara at the front desk helped us find the best local spots to eat and she even got us a last minute reservation at a nice burger place nearby! !
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

Yo, if you're into late-night snacks, their 24/7 snack bar is a game-changer! Plus, the location is super close to Universal Studios, which is a major win. Did I mention the Neapolitan pizza I found nearby? Pure fire! 🔥
But lemme spill some tea, parking is a hassle and the place could use a deep clean. Found a roach chilling in the light above my bed, and those dirty walls were a real mood killer. Still, I managed to enjoy my stay! ☕

Yo, the surrounding food scene is a serious gem! You can grab a killer late-night bite at Fatburger or let K's Donut Emporium satisfy your sweet tooth. Major shoutout to the spacious rooms—you’ll feel like a king or queen. The hotel’s location? Perfectly close to Universal Studios, making it a breeze to explore!
The pool looks more like a garage hole and the bar’s only open on weekends? Bit of a buzzkill, but we still had fun soaking up that LA vibe.

The location is perfect for getting to Universal Studios. Just a quick walk across the street and I'm there. The room is spacious. it has two comfy king beds, which were great for my family. I loved having a microwave and a mini-fridge in the room. The cleanliness was up to par, and the decor felt modern. While using the shower, I noticed the water pressure was low, which made it a bit frustrating after a long day at the park. The staff checked us in quickly, but I wished they had smiled a bit more. Parking was pricey at $30 plus another $18 for overnight, which felt a tad excessive. A little noisy at night when people were moving about, and I could hear footsteps from above. Still, the beds were comfortable, and we all got a good night's sleep. Had a minor issue with my deposit not being reimbursed quickly. Despite some drawbacks, I'd stay here again because it’s right where the action is.
